"We created Memory Café to be a place where both caregivers and those experiencing memory changes can have fun together, it's not a traditional support group or a medical appointment. It's an opportunity to socialize, share experiences, enjoy engaging activities, and spend time with people who understand the journey."
Jennifer Harden, Assistant Director and Adult Services Librarian
Memory Café is a monthly social gathering that provides a relaxed, welcoming space for individuals experiencing memory changes and the family members, friends, and caregivers who support them. It is a place to enjoy time together, share conversation, and participate in engaging activities in a comfortable, judgment-free environment!
The program focuses on connection, companionship, and meaningful moments while fostering a sense of community among those navigating memory-related challenges. Caregivers also have an opportunity to connect with others who understand their unique experiences.
Find Community & Connection at Wickson Library
