"At the Frankenmuth Wickson District Library, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to read, learn, connect, and enjoy the library. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment by providing resources, programs, and services that support people of all ages and abilities."
- Michelle Duclos, Library Director
Our accessibility resources include a growing Accessibility Collection with adaptive tools, sensory supports, learning aids, low-vision resources, communication tools, and other items designed to make everyday activities, learning, and recreation more accessible.
We also offer services and programs designed to help remove barriers to library use. Home Delivery brings library materials to community members who can't physically visit the library, while the Braille and Talking Book Library provides accessible reading options for individuals who have difficulty using standard print materials.
For individuals living with memory loss and their families and caregivers, the library offers Memory Care Kits and programs that encourage connection, conversation, and engagement. Our Adult Sensory Storytime provides an inclusive, welcoming program featuring stories, music, movement, and activities designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We invite you to explore the resources and services available through the links on this page. If you are unsure which resource may be right for you, your family, or someone you care for, our library staff is happy to help you get started.
Everyone belongs at the library.
