The Library Friends are a vibrant and active group.
Their purpose is :
- To pledge assets for charitable/civic purposes in relationship to the library.
- To promote the well being of the library.
- To promote the expansion of facilities and services.
- To encourage and stimulate gifts, memorials and bequests and promote fund raising activities.
- To promote community awareness and fuller use of the library.
- To arrange for volunteer help.
The Friends group meets the third Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m.
New members are always welcome!
The Friends maintain an ongoing book sale during regular library hours.
