We serve 8,000 people in Frankenmuth and the surrounding area. We strive to provide materials to meet the needs of all our patrons while being conscious of the necessity to be fiscally responsible. Your contributions will help us continue to meet these diverse needs.
Donations may be designated for a particular area of the library or in honor or memory of a loved one. A bookplate will be placed in a book for each memorial donation.

Support the library and get a bigger tax refund! Michigan Public Contribution Tax Credit Expires on December 31, 2011.
If you file a Michigan income tax return, your contribution can be used to reduce the state tax you pay. The State of Michigan Public Contributions credit provides up to a $200 credit for donations to public libraries. The credit is 50% of the amount donated; up to $200 for married filing jointly and $100 for single taxpayers. (For example : if you are married filing jointly and donate $400 to the library, you can claim a credit of $200 on your state return).
This is a credit, not a deduction. If you itemize your federal deductions, you can save even more on taxes!
